Collection of tools and resources to help enhance how you access, visualize and run simulations on SPARC data.
Check out these tools and resources created by SPARC-funded projects or recommended by the community for studying autonomic neuroscience and nerve-organ biology.
Software, Data and Models
A simulation platform that enables users to create, access, tune, and run models or computational algorithms through a web-based interface.
Data and Models
The Pennsieve platform provides a scalable, cloud-based solution for collaborative scientific research. It provides advanced functionality to organize files and complex metadata describing datasets and allows users to interact, search, and analyze these data through the web application or programmatically using our Python client. In addition, the platform provides an end-to-end solution for publishing datasets, assigning DOIs and ensuring that published data becomes available to the larger academic community in a sustainable and FAIR manner.
Data and Models
A web platform for creating and storing protocols. Protocols.io is a public platform for creating and storing scientific protocols. Each protocol can be kept private or made public. Protocols can be "forked" or copied to create a new version of the same protocol. SPARC maintains a workplace on this platform.
Software
A collection of tools to enable mapping SPARC data to organ scaffolds. Delivered through a scaffold mapping tool release of MAP Client.
We welcome both submissions for tools or resources created as a result of a SPARC-funded project and recommendations for other tools or resources you find useful in your work that meet our criteria:
